Questions
What's included in the 14-day trial?
Every trial account gets full Stratosphere-level access: 300,000 pageviews/month, 12 tracked page slots, unlimited URLs, and every feature (Playback, flow lines, interaction pulses) unlocked. Nothing is held back during the trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
You can upgrade to a paid plan, or do nothing and your account automatically continues on Base Jump, our forever-free plan. You won't be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
Do you require a credit card to start?
No. You can start the free trial, or use Base Jump indefinitely, without ever entering payment details.
What happens to my data if I'm on Base Jump?
Base Jump shows your last 30 days of activity. Skydive actually holds onto up to 90 days of raw data behind the scenes as a grace period. If you upgrade within that window, you regain access to everything, not just data from the moment you upgraded.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account settings. An upgrade takes effect right away and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, with the unused part of your old plan credited back. A downgrade waits until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What if I go over my pageview limit?
You aren't cut off the moment you cross it. We email you at 80% of your limit, and if you do go over, tracking keeps running for a further 24 hours so a traffic spike doesn't become a blind spot. Within that window you can buy extra pageviews or move up a plan, and everything keeps recording.
How many websites can I track?
One website per account, on every plan. The URL limits above are about how many pages within that site you choose to track, which is a separate thing. If you run more than one site, you'll need an account for each.
